We were instructed to complete the landlords alteration and refurbishment of the existing retail property, to prepare the building for its incoming tenant fit out works.
The existing roof cladding undertook a full refurbishment, consisting of cut-edge corrosion treatments and a full overcoat application, alongside replacement of the existing rooflights.
Elevational works included repairs to the existing cladding facades, alterations and rationalisation of the existing window, door and roller shutter openings and general decoration improvements.
Internally the existing M&E services were stripped back and rationalised, alongside a DDA lift and structural mezzanine installation, completed to the incoming tenants specification, to enable the commencement of their proposed follow on fit out works.
Works were completed within the normal trading hours of the retail park and adjacent retail tenants, therefore maintained segregation of our work areas and careful management of personnel and material movements were thoughtfully managed throughout our programme of works, bringing the project to a successful completion.
