We’ve spent many years working in the industry for tier one contractors as well as local and regional contractors. We built up a vast amount of knowledge & experience with them, and for that we’re really thankful. But, we did find some frustrations too – the industry can be pretty traditional and hierarchical. It can be easy to accept that, but we decided to step out and break the mould. That’s when Creative Construction was born.
Two guys with a passion for what we do and a plan to change the construction world, even just our small part of it. One an expert in estimating and one a commercial specialist we soon sought out an operational guru to complete the leadership trio.
Our Business.
Our business plan is simple – to build great relationships with our clients, deliver brilliant projects and make a bit of profit whilst we’re at it (it is the reason we all work after all).

Following an unfortunate fire at our clients property, Creative Construction were approached to assist with the immediate decontamination and strip out works at the property. Creative were proactive, diligent and quick in their response. This greatly assisted with allowing the property to be fully assessed and to procure the full reinstatement works, which Creative successfully secured due to their quality, value and swift programme.
Creative Construction have provided a professional, good quality service and are competitively priced. The long term relationships that we’ve developed across all trades and over many years, ensures we can be confident in our delivery.
Our supply chain partners are carefully selected through a stringent process where we look at track record, experience, financial stability, health and safety performance, quality policies and environmental standards.
All of our supply chain partners are expected to achieve a high level of performance and we work closely with them to ensure they meet the high standards we require and which our customers expect.
Health & Safety
Our safety first culture means our health and safety record is exemplary. All of our staff are highly trained in health and safety with all operational teams, including our directors, SMSTS qualified.
We strive to protect our people, and anyone affected by our works at all times, committed to providing an incident-free and zero-harm environment. Nothing is more important to us than ensuring everyone returns safely every day.
We’ve appointed the Building Safety Group as our Health and Safety Advisors. They work with us to carry out regular safety audits ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained, and provide continual advice and guidance on any changes in legislation and best practice. This has contributed to our excellent safety record and also towards us achieving Construction Line accreditation.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We’re passionate about the communities in which we work and wherever possible look to leave places better than we found them – in whatever form that may be.
We’re committed to protecting the environment and ensuring that our actions today do not adversely affect future generations. We will achieve this by complying with, or exceeding, all relevant environmental legislation and minimising the extent of environmental harm as a result of our activities.
It’s in our nature to support the local communities in which we operate, the whole team live and work within our region so we all get involved in different ways. For example we donated a laptop to a local primary school who needed extra equipment for the pupils to use. During Covid 19 when working with the NHS we provided the teams with copious amounts of chocolate. One of our directors is a hot air balloon pilot and heavily involved in the iconic Bristol Balloon Fiesta. He gives up his time voluntarily to help arrange this Bristol event, flies over the skies of Bristol and takes part in the legendary night glow!
We’ve also taken part in many charity events throughout the year and raised almost £3k for local charities.
