Creative undertook the extensive refurbishment works to the prestigious office building 3130, Great Western Court, Stoke Gifford.

The scope of works comprised of the removal of partition walls, suspended ceilings and door sets left by the former occupier. Following isolation and adaptation of the existing mechanical and electrical services to suit the new layout, new lighting and power systems were installed along with new air conditioning and ventilation throughout.

The scheme was completed with full decoration and the installation of floor coverings and signage to all areas. The WC’’s and showers were fully refurbished including new IPS panelling and tiling.

Works to the external façade consisted of full elevational cleaning, brickwork repairs, full decorations to existing aluminium windows, soffits and fascias as well as replacement rainwater systems to all elevations.
