The Palace Yard Mews Building located in the centre of Bath. We were asked to create a meeting room on the top floor along with carrying out alterations to the shared kitchen located on the ground floor. Despite a delay to starting the works due to roof leaks as a result of storm Derek, works were completed on time with the additional storm damage repair works which were carried out alongside the originally programmed works, to minimise disruption for the building which was used by the occupants throughout the works.
