Creative were primarily appointed to install a Bauder supplied felt system overlay to the existing flat roof with a new built up tapered insulation scheme. This involved the removal of the existing leaking rooflights and structural roof infills prior to the new roof system being installed. The roofing scheme took place during term time within the live primary school environment.

Once the roof works were complete we were subsequently appointed to undertake replacement suspended ceilings and new LED lighting to several classroom spaces during the school holidays. Further fire upgrade and additional precaution works were also undertaken within the school kitchen.
