Located on the main campus at Newton Saint Loe, Stanton Building is a live environment, mixed use teaching and office accommodation building.

As part of the Universities drive for efficiency, making the most out of the existing spaces that are available to them, the alteration works proposed for the administration area brought with it as a project, the usual challenges that summer break period education work consistently demand.

Within our short, fast paced programme, Creative Construction were instructed to alter and adapt the existing layout to provide a segregated layout of three independent offices, from the original open plan format. The works were carried out with minimal disruption, at all times giving full consideration to the continuing function of the building, as the University delivered its summer period, international student programme.
