This refurbishment scheme consisted of two industrial units at Llantarnam Industrial Estate. The scope of works included extensive demolition and strip-out works followed by upgrading the facilities and general decorations throughout.

Works included removal of partition walls and full replacement of the existing electrical supplies with new fittings, as well as upgraded roof lights and a complete new roof overlay to upgrade the existing U-value. Damaged cladding was repaired or replaced, and other external works were completed including full re-spray of the existing cladding. The interior was decorated and replacement floor coverings installed throughout.
