The project consisted of the internal and external refurbishment of two industrial units at Bridgend Industrial Estate.

The works to Unit 8 Coity Crescent included asbestos removal followed by the demolition and strip out of an internal two storey office structure. The complete rear elevation had to be dismantled and re-installed so two CNC machines could be removed from the unit by specialists. This included coordinating strip out, cladding, steelwork and CNC machine removal contractors across an 8 hour period, which took significant organisation. The works also included asbestos roof cleaning, asbestos roof repairs, UPVC window and door replacements, electrical and plumbing installations, rainwater goods replacements, a full redecoration and epoxy floor coating.

The works to Unit 8 New Street consisted of roof repairs, cladding repairs, roof coating and external decorations. The works internally consisted of strip out, electrical and plumbing installations, over-boarding ceilings and minor partition reconfiguration, soft flooring, re-decoration and epoxy floor coating.
