The works consist of the strip out and demolition of the existing office furniture and associated sundries and creation of a new vibrant office space for use by Marie Curie and its fundraisers.

Works entail remodeling of existing partitions, full decoration, new soft floor finishes throughout, retain and adjust suspended ceiling, adjust both air conditioning and lighting to facilitate new open plan office space including switching and controls.

Removal of back up generators was also included within the scope of works. The works were to be undertaken within the Mamhilad Park Estate which is a live environment. Therefore, measures were put in place to deal with segregation from the neighboring businesses along with measures to deal with noisy activities.
