We undertook works to complete the refurbishment and fit out to the Blackfriars Road industrial unit in Bristol. Works included:

• Soft strip previous tenants fittings
• Concrete floor repairs
• Cladding repairs & spray coating
• Cut edge corrosion roof repairs
• Rooflight replacement
• Decorations

To complete the landlords refurbishment and white box works, prior to the unit being ready for future tenant occupation, we stripped the unit back to a shell condition. External fabric repairs to the existing cladding and roof coverings, including individual replacements to failed rooflights was carried out. Internally, the warehouse floor required the completion of isolated concrete repairs and internal walls were repaired and white box decorated.
