As part of the landlord enabling works package project, Creative undertook the construction of a secure designed hoarding to the front elevation of the existing retail unit, providing a secure enclosure to allow for the removal of the existing shop front, required as part of the overall strip out works.
Once concealed and secure, the existing internal space of the unit was returned back to a shell condition, the existing floor substrate prepared for the incoming tenant floor finishes with the installation of a floated screed coating, and the landlord services such as sprinklers, lighting, small power and fire alarm were all returned back to a landlord standard layout. Externally, canopy repairs, waterproofing and decorations were completed to meet the requirements of the agreement for lease.
All works were completed within the agreed 6 week programme of works.
