Hathaway Retail Park is a town centre multi occupier retail park, located in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

We were instructed to segregate the existing single retail unit, to provide two separate retail spaces for individual letting by the landlord. In addition to the internal works required to split the building, the external elevations were altered to provide new openings for the installation of curtain walling and both customer and back of house trade door entrances.

We also undertook a full refurbishment of the existing roof cladding, consisting of cut-edge corrosion treatments and a full overcoat application, alongside replacement of the existing rooflights.

Internally the existing M&E services were stripped back and rationalised, alongside the installation of the segregating jumbo stud wall installation and emergency lighting provision.

Works were completed within the normal trading hours of the retail park and adjacent retail tenants, therefore maintained segregation of our work areas and careful management of personnel and material movements were thoughtfully managed throughout our programme of works, bringing the project to a successful completion.
