Unit 7 Greenbridge Retail Park is located within a retail centre on the outskirts of Swindon City Centre.

As part of our works, we were instructed to complete the landlords alteration and refurbishment of the existing retail property, to prepare the building for its proposed incoming tenant fit out works.

The existing roof cladding undertook a full refurbishment via the application of a 20 year warrantied Sika roofing products coating system, and the elevational cladding facades & glazing installations were subject to localised repairs and full spray coat decorations.
Internally the existing M&E services were stripped back and rationalised, with the internal layout of the property returned to the original landlord white-box format.

Works were completed during normal trading hours of the retail park and its adjacent retail tenants. Therefore, maintained segregation of our work areas and careful management of personnel and material movements were thoughtfully managed throughout our programme of works, bringing the project to a successful completion.
