Units 3&4 Transom House was a long term vacant retail unit in the centre of Bristol. Following agreement for lease with a newly incoming tenant, Creative Construction were appointed to undertake a landlords enabling package of works, to prepare the unit for the tenants proposed fit out works.
The fundamental requirement of the agreement for lease, was for the completion of the landlords enabling works within a three week period from the signing of the heads of terms. Our ability to mobilise quickly, organise trades/supply chain and bring the works to site with a minimal lead in period, allowed for completion of all works within the allotted time frame.
