The Oracle is a large shopping centre located at the heart of Readings city centre and is home to 90+ retail units. Creative Construction were tasked with stripping out the existing tenant’s fixtures and fittings and returning the unit back to a blank shell for the incoming retail tenant.

With leases agreed programme was an important focus and Team Creative managed to complete works one week early ensuring a smooth hand over for the Oracle and the incoming tenant.
