Following the strip out and demolition works to remove the previous tenants finishes, the full refurbishment of the internal fabric of the unit and fit out of the office spaces were completed within an eight week, two phase programme.

Decoration and flooring works were undertaken generally to the office space, with the formation of a new layout to the storage areas of the unit completed with the installation of dividing Jumbo stud partitions and perimeter linings.

New lighting, small power and fire alarm installations were undertaken, alongside the clients directly appointed intruder alarm contractor, allowing for the managed amalgamation of the new system into the adjacent client owned property.
