The works proposed at Unit 3 Enterprise Trade Centre as part of the landlords lifecycle repairs and upgrade works, saw us appointed to complete the internal and external improvements to the unit, to facilitate the new incoming tenants fit out.

Our scope of works covered the full overlay of the flat roof section of Unit 3, along with the completion of glazing and brise soleil repairs to the road side fronting elevation of the building, which provides the entrance to the Trade Centre on Hengrove Way.

The warehouse area saw rooflight replacements completed throughout, with a complete cut edge corrosion and coating treatment applied to the existing composite sheet roof covering. To the elevations, we undertook curved and flat panel section cladding replacements, elevation spray coat decorations and glazing repairs.

Internally we completed minor repairs, decorations and electrical works to complete the project.
