Following the strip out works to remove the previous tenants remaining fittings, the full refurbishment of the internal fabric of the unit, along with associated external repairs top the elevations and roof areas were completed within an six week programme.

General decoration and flooring works were undertaken to the office and welfare spaces, with the formation of a new kitchenette space with the installation of dividing stud partitions and perimeter linings.

New lighting and small power installations were undertaken, floor preparation to the warehouse area and epoxy coating applied, along with spay coat decorations to the internal cladding sheets and steel portal frame.
